When a Refund May Be Issued
- Approved returns under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
- Orders cancelled by manoj clothes store before dispatch.
- Items that cannot be fulfilled or were shipped in error.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments, verified by our team.
Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved, we process it as follows:
- Online payments (UPI / card / net banking): typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Other payment methods: refund method and timing are confirmed with you when the refund is approved.
Shipping & Deductions
Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs, if any, are communicated before you send items back.
